Senior Vice President, Global Talent & Culture, NXP Semiconductors

Elsa Zambrano is Senior Vice President of Global Talent & Culture at NXP Semiconductors. Most recently, she developed and implemented flexible work and well-being strategies to address the effects of the pandemic on NXP’s global workforce. She also partnered with senior executives to define NXP’s purpose, evolved values and behaviors to energize the workplace culture and engage the team.

Elsa joined NXP in 2019 and led the global country HR teams and Operations HR. Prior to that, she held various HR leadership positions with ISS, Sitel, Dell and Applied Materials. She is a strategic HR executive, with a career spanning 30+ years focused on driving business results in the technology and service industries. She has led global HR organizations in 21 countries with more than 60,000 employees, supporting business GMs with $20B+ global organizations. Additionally, Elsa has implemented enterprise-wide, centralized HR structures, and created centers of excellence. She has operated in numerous business environments, including high-growth, turnaround, acquisition integration and restructuring.

Elsa’s specialty areas include people strategies, compensation, HR generalist, staffing, development and change management.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University and her master’s from the University of San Francisco. She currently resides in Austin, Texas, and is a board member of the Andy Roddick Foundation.
